Product Return & Replacement Policy

At Akoma Zayka, we are committed to delivering high-quality, hygienically prepared pickles and preservative products. As our items fall under perishable food categories, we follow a strict No Return , No Refund , and No Exchange Policy for all orders.


1. No Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any reason once an order has been delivered.
This ensures product safety, hygiene, and compliance with food-handling standards.


2. No Refunds

All purchases are final, and we do not issue refunds in the following cases :

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Taste preference or product dislike
  • Delay caused by courier or logistical reasons
  • Opened, used, or tampered packaging
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • You receive a product different from what you ordered
  • Your order arrives damaged or incomplete

To process such claims, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.


3. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges based on:

  • Flavor differences
  • Personal preferences
  • Mistaken product selection by the customer

An exchange is only possible if an incorrect item is delivered and you provide proper unboxing video evidence.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe your order is damaged, leaked, spoiled, or incorrect, you must:

  1. Record a full unboxing video before opening the package
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  3. Share your order ID, photos, and the unboxing video for verification

Claims without proper video proof cannot be processed.


5. Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery timelines are not guaranteed.
No refund, cancellation, or compensation will be provided for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Operational or logistical challenges
  • Customer not being available to receive the parcel

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Correct delivery address
  • Accurate order details
  • Availability at the time of delivery

We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or missed attempts by the customer.
